Awesome ice desserts. Clean & great service. Need to know what you order though. Sensation shaved ice desserts are shaved from flavored ice blocks and Avalanche shaved ice desserts are from regular ice blocks. I see a review complaining so apparently the reviewer didn’t what he was ordering. The portion is huge and can be easily shared by 2 people so it’s not overpriced.

GET THE BUBBLE TEA ICE! Amazing combination of: 1. Layered milk tea ice with deep flavor that melts in your mouth 2. Warm, fresh, chewy brown sugar boba poured on top that melts the ice just slightly and accentuates the taste enough without being overpoweringly sweet. (Honestly the boba is so good that I would come here just for bubble tea) 3. Smooth and liquid-y milk pudding on side for a subtle milk-y flavor I've tried countless bubble tea + bubble tea ice creams from around the world (Taiwan, Japan, Canada, America) and this is THE BEST I've had. Just heard today that Mango sensation is going to come soon (next week). Can't wait to go back.

Cute dessert store in the Bellevue mall. We got boba multiple times from this store and the boba was cooked al dente every time! The pearls are nice and hot when you receive the drink, if you give it a good stir with your straw in the beginning, all the pearls don't stick together and you can enjoy perfectly cooked pearls through out your drink. We tried out their mango sorbet and the whole thing was mango all over. It was a mango sorbet with mango icecubes and mango chunks topped with mango syrup. It like having many different mango desserts all combined into a bowl. We haven't tried their avalanche yet but considering it is bigger than the sorbet, it probably can feed 3-4 people (which explains the price). When we dined in for the sorbet, we ordered through the QR code after seating ourselves. This process seems much better than ordering in line and then seating yourself after you crowd in a corner to receive your order. While we were seated, the manager brought us water and was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Kind of felt like we were being served at a restaurant. Overall great experience.

New shaved ice and boba spot inside the mall! We tried two of their most popular drinks and spent $17 . The space inside is nice and clean, each table has a table number and mobile order/pay which makes it really convenient. The best thing about this place is that you can taste the tea flavor super heavily, making the drink less sweet, which I love! The grape drink has real grapes inside, I prefer it over the other drink. Staff is friendly, I will be back to try their shaved ice, even though prices are a bit higher than others.

I was super excited to try this place and I wasn't disappointed! Super large portion sizes, perfect for sharing with friends and family. Lots of fun flavors and everything was high quality. I'd come back!

High quality shaved ice desserts! Highly recommend the unicorn (calpico flavored) and bubble tea shaved ice with the pana cotta! Cotton candy like shaved ice texture. The flavors are fresh and authentic! They really put quality in the desserts. We loved everything we ordered! Can't wait to come back again. We highly recommend going during the weekday, less wait time.

Came here for the soft opening of the first ice monster in Washington! The Bubble Tea Sensation had a really nice tea flavor and the boba that came with it was very qq. The strawberry and mango avalanches were very refreshing and the panda cotta added a nice touch to the fresh fruit and shaved ice!
